By accessing or using Testimon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
Testimon is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to collect, manage, and display customer testimonials through embeddable widgets on their websites. The service includes a dashboard for managing testimonials, customizable collection forms, and embeddable widget code.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Testimon. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Testimonial content belongs to the individual who submitted it. By submitting a testimonial, the submitter grants the space owner a non-exclusive license to display that testimonial on their website and marketing materials.
Testimon does not claim ownership over any testimonial content submitted through the platform.

Testimon offers a free tier with limited features. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy. All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Testimon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the account at any time. You can delete your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Upon account closure, your data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
